Privacy & beta participation

Your professional record starts with information you choose to provide. Profiles remain private by default. Selecting a future discovery preference does not publish your record today.

Manually entered experience, credentials, and performance remain self-reported unless supported or verified through a separate process. Selecting shop software records your integration interest; it does not connect a shop or authorize access to its data.

Future shop connections will require separate authorization. Raw shop activity will stay private. Any future public repair-time benchmarks will use anonymized, aggregated information, with publication rules established before release.

Beta enrollment records your consent version and enrollment date. Feedback is stored privately with your account, category, message, and application version. Please avoid customer details, passwords, and sensitive repair information in feedback.

The beta is free for technicians. You can manage your visibility in the dashboard and update your information in your profile and career-record pages. Public sharing and benchmarks are still in development.
